Le fait remarquable est qu'il a été rendu compte de cette conférence au journal télévisé.
C'est un peu avant le milieu, après la série de reportages sur les politiciens en campagne. On voit des images de manifestations de VGT et Peter Pilz qui parle.
Si la télé s'y met, les prisonniers ont une chance de sortir des oubliettes.
Here a short English summary of the content:
Pilz presented documents from a number of meetings received from the
Ministry for the Interior which detail how in April 2007 the owners
of the fur selling Kleider Bauer (the brothers Graf) store were
advised by heads of various police departments including the
president of the police force and officials from the Ministry for the
Interior including the general director for public security about
what to do about the ongoing demos outside their stores.
It states in the minutes that the Ministry for the Interior ordered the police to use all administrative possibilities available to prohibit the demos from taking place.This turned out not to be possible as it goes against the constitutional right of every citizen to demonstate in public. The documents show that the Graf brothers were unsatisfied and the ministry and police therefore decided to set up a special commission to investigate the movement in order to try and dig up some dirt.
Various extracts from the minutes from meetings over the months between April and December of 2007show that the special commission's investigations were coming up with precisely nothing. Still the Ministry for the Interior insisted in ploughing more and more tax money into ever more intensive surveillance.
Someone, somewhere along the line had the bright idea to mis use the anti-mafia law 278a and the rest is history. Fact is, they had nothing on the arrested people or the NGOs that could justify the attack on 21st May.
